If you call during our regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm), you will speak to a member of our friendly staff who will listen to your plumbing problem, answer your questions, and schedule your service appointment. When you call outside regular hours, our answering service will forward your request to our on-call plumber, who will return your call as soon as possible.
When Our On-Call Plumber Returns Your Call
While our on-call plumbers aim for rapid response, times may vary based on demand, your location, and call time. The on-call plumber will assess your situation over the phone to determine if immediate attention is needed. If they deem it an emergency, the plumber will come to your location as soon as possible. Otherwise, they will schedule you for the first available slot during business hours.
