On the night of 2/19 we had a plumbing emergency at our home. Your company was recommended to us by a friend. We called your emergency number and was pleasantly surprised to talk to a person, not a machine. Your receptionist was very sweet and said she would contact the on call plumber. John called us back within minutes and was at our house first thing in the morning. John couldn’t of been friendlier, assessed the situation and solved the problem quickly. We can’t speak highly enough of Mike. We just moved into our 20+ year old house so we had quite a few plumbing needs. Just this week, Mike replaced 3 toilets, the garbage disposal, 2 shower heads, installed a new carbon filter system in our kitchen and did several other jobs. He was at our house on 2 separate days and arrived when he said he would arrive, worked very efficiently, was professional and courteous, and did what was needed to get the job done correctly. We just wanted to recognize how pleased we were with the service he provided.
One of the other reviewers said this company is ‘refreshing’ compared to so many other contractors, and I couldn’t agree more.

My name is Tim Mckechney, I am the Minor League Equipment Manager for the Tampa Bay Rays. Part of my job is to work with Charlotte County on issues concerning the Charlotte Sports Park facility, specifically the Rays clubhouses. I am writing today to let anyone/everyone know about my experience with Rays Plumbing.
Over the years anytime there have been plumbing issues at the Sports Park and the County has called Rays Plumbing, the issues have always been fixed. Pete from Rays Plumbing is usually the plumber to come out to the facility. He is knowledgeable, polite, and always informative to help us continue to do our job while there may be an issue that interferes with the day to day operations in the Tampa Bay Rays clubhouses. Rays Plumbing have had big jobs, and little jobs, regardless of the size they are always done in a timely manner and to completion.
I appreciate the hard work that Rays Plumbing puts in whenever they are here, and the relationships that they have with my fellow Rays employees here in Port Charlotte. They do their job in a very professional manner that makes them very valuable in my eyes.

On April 16, your team from Ray’s Complete Plumbing, Pete, Carl, Jay and yourself installed an 8″ backflow preventer valve at our Harbor Landing complex on 3800 Bal Harbour Blvd. in Punta Gorda.

I had an after-hours service request on 4/22 – due to a broken pipe, which caused us to completely turn off all water.
I called your number and was promptly greeted – and then received a call from your technician Mike. He was very courteous and said his approximate arrival time, which was accurate. He explained the repair and proceeded accordingly. He was very courteous and efficient. He returned the next morning -early- as he said he would, to complete the job.
