What Our Customers Are Saying
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Tim Mckechney, I am the Minor League Equipment Manager for the Tampa Bay Rays. Part of my job is to work with Charlotte County on issues concerning the Charlotte Sports Park facility, specifically the Rays clubhouses. I am writing today to let anyone/everyone know about my experience with Rays Plumbing.
Over the years anytime there have been plumbing issues at the Sports Park and the County has called Rays Plumbing, the issues have always been fixed. Pete from Rays Plumbing is usually the plumber to come out to the facility. He is knowledgeable, polite, and always informative to help us continue to do our job while there may be an issue that interferes with the day to day operations in the Tampa Bay Rays clubhouses. Rays Plumbing have had big jobs, and little jobs, regardless of the size they are always done in a timely manner and to completion.
I appreciate the hard work that Rays Plumbing puts in whenever they are here, and the relationships that they have with my fellow Rays employees here in Port Charlotte. They do their job in a very professional manner that makes them very valuable in my eyes.
Tampa Bay Rays
On Monday, October 3, we experienced a major break in the water main serving Building 2 in our condo complex. We want to express our deep appreciation and offer a sincere ‘thank you’ to two very dedicated Ray’s Plumbing employees, Chuck and Larry, who worked well into the night during a steady rain to fix this break temporarily and restore water to the building.
Ray’s Plumbing was well represented by Chuck and Larry’s perseverance and positive attitudes. Thirty-six units in that building were without water and would have been all night had they given up, gone home, and waited until morning to effect repairs. When our need was greatest, Chuck and Larry performed their duties above and beyond expectation.
We will document Chuck and Larry’s commitment to our community in our next newsletter so that all of our residents will know whose good work got us up and running with water on Monday night.
Please let Chuck and Larry know how much we appreciated their service.

Dear Mr. Steele,
On April 16, your team from Ray’s Complete Plumbing, Pete, Carl, Jay and yourself installed an 8″ backflow preventer valve at our Harbor Landing complex on 3800 Bal Harbour Blvd. in Punta Gorda.
These gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prepared for the task at hand. They installed and completed the check-out of the new valve in a timely manner avoiding any issues which could have arisen.
From all the owners here at Harbor Landing, we want to thank you and especially these gentlemen for a professional and timely change out.
Harbor Landing President
I had an after-hours service request on 4/22 – due to a broken pipe, which caused us to completely turn off all water.
I called your number and was promptly greeted – and then received a call from your technician Mike. He was very courteous and said his approximate arrival time, which was accurate. He explained the repair and proceeded accordingly. He was very courteous and efficient. He returned the next morning -early- as he said he would, to complete the job.
Please acknowledge him for a job well done and pass along our gratitude.
